we've flown to LA numerous times with tyler since he was born. but this is his first time he'll have his own seat! until recently, we were going to buy the CARE child aviation restraint. though he'll need it, i'm a bit hesitant to spend $65 on few seat belts sewn together. (give me the specs for this restraint system, i'll make it... and will make it cuter! haha)
well... that was until i saw a posting on my friend's blog of this fabulous little chair!
she bought a Sunshine Radian 65SL for the plane. it's slimmer than the one we have, FAA approved, and we can use this in my parents' car. another thing about the chair is that its' weight limit is 65 pounds vs. our current car seat weight limit is 55 pounds. the only thing about taking this on the plane is that we'll have to carry it to the gate vs. checking it.we'll, we're still deciding...
